As we kick off the season with Rocky reruns and other holiday movie classics, I hope this post finds you each doing well and staying warm. We’re excited to share with you the new AMPHL Vision Statement that was created in 2017 with the input of the AMPHL general membership who were present at the 2017 Conference in Rochester, NY:
Promoting equal opportunities in the health professions among the deaf and hard of hearing.
The AMPHL Vision Statement compliments our Mission Statement (circa 2013):
We provide information, promote advocacy and mentorship, and create a network for individuals with hearing loss interested in or working in health care fields.
Please help us make the AMPHL Vision and Mission Statements a reality by supporting our wonderful nonprofit organization with your tax-deductible gift. You may make your donation on the campaign platform here:
Since we are an all-volunteer board, your financial contributions are needed to help with conference planning, website maintenance, and general day-to-day functions of our great organization.
Happy Holidays from All of Us at AMPHL! To a great 2018 and beyond!
