AMPHL Subscribership Rules & Regulations
Subscribership is open to individual persons meeting the following criteria:
1. Deaf/hard of hearing medical professionals and students or high school / college students anticipating studying in the health care fields
2. Family member or support person to a deaf/hard of hearing medical professional, student or prospective student
3. Educational/vocational professional assisting a deaf/hard of hearing medical professional, student or prospective student
4. Hearing health professionals (audiologists, speech pathologists, etc)
5. Faculty/administrators of health professional schools, colleges and high schools
Fees for subscribership are set on an annual basis and will be posted on the AMPHL website. Current subscribers will be informed via email of the annual fee at the time of subscribership renewal. The subscribership year begins in January and all renewal subscribership fees are due by February 15. If no response to the renewal email is obtained, reasonable efforts will be made to locate the subscriber until March 15. If the renewal fee is not paid by March 15, the subscribership will be considered expired and a $5. fee will be added to the renewal fee to activate the subcribership. Initial subscribership may be obtained at any time of the year with the following fee schedule applied. If the initial fee for subscribership is received on or – after June 1, the first annual renewal fee will be waived. If the initial fee is received after June 1, the first annual renewal fee will be charged in full on January 1. Fees for subscribership help support AMPHL’s important work. Please note: processing time may take up to two weeks - if you have not received access after two weeks, email subreg@amphl.org so we can rectify it ASAP.
